Thank you for shopping with Crown Heights Hosiery. Below are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During peak seasons, such as before Jewish holidays in September and March, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for processing.
  • For in-store pickup orders, processing also takes 2–3 business days.

Daily Cut-Off Times

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same day, within the standard processing time.
  • Orders placed after this time, or on Friday afternoons and Saturdays, will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Delays

  • In times of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
  • If there is a significant delay in your shipment, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a variety of shipping options:

*International shipping rates do not include customs duties or taxes.

Shipping to Canada:

  • Up to 2 lbs: $30
  • 3 lbs and up: $50
  • For heavier items, we will send an invoice to confirm rates before shipping.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Tracking details are active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Crown Heights Hosiery is not responsible for customs or taxes applied to international orders.
  • All fees incurred (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours with photos of the item and packaging.
  • Email us at info@crownheightshosiery.com for assistance. Damaged items can be exchanged for the same product, pending approval.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • Crown Heights Hosiery is not responsible for lost packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Pro Tip: Save and photograph all packaging materials before filing a claim with the carrier.
