Crown Heights Hosiery Return Policy

We at Crown Heights Hosiery want every customer to feel confident in their purchases. If you’re not satisfied, our return policy makes it easy to ensure you’re happy with your shopping experience.

Returns

  • Unworn, unwashed, or defective items may be returned.
  • Returns must include original tags and be in the same condition as delivered.
  • Items that have been used or worn cannot be accepted for return.

Full-Price Items

  • For full refunds, items must be returned within 14 days of delivery (determined by the carrier’s confirmation of delivery).
  • Returns made between 14–21 days are eligible for store credit only.
  • Returns after 21 days will not be accepted, but items sent beyond this timeframe will be held in-store for pickup.

Sale Items

  • All discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

Exchanges

  • We are unable to process direct exchanges at this time.
  • To exchange an item, please return the original for a refund or store credit and place a new order for the desired item.

Incorrect Item Received

  • If you were sent the wrong product, we will provide a prepaid return label.
  • Returns for incorrect items must be initiated and received within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the return, we will promptly send the correct item.

In-Store Returns

  • Online purchases can be returned at our physical store but are subject to our in-store policy:
    • Returns for exchange or store credit must be completed within 14 days of purchase.
    • After 14 days, no exchanges or credits will be issued.

Store Pickup Orders

  • Items picked up in-store follow our in-store return policy:
    • 14 days for exchange or store credit only.
    • Sale items are final sale.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. These costs are non-refundable.
  • For refunds, the original shipping fee will be deducted.

If you are returning items valued at $75 or more, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method or purchasing insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
